Inktober 18th
My family had a mandatory movie-night for the four children in the family over the age of eight. We were told to/commanded/forced to watch Master and Commander. It's a terrific film, based on the tenth book in the Master and Commander book series by Patrick O'Brien. It inspired today's Inktober, and put me in a sewing mood with it's amazing old-timey English Naval uniforms. Forget rings; if someone bought/made/stole a Napoleonic-era English Naval officer's uniform for me, I would likely marry them with no questions asked.
